Here’s to #transformationtuesday. It’s been a long road of changing my lifestyle. On the left is a pic from when I was 17-18. I was over weight, unhappy, and my confidence was low. I still struggle today with what I call “inner fat kid”, but the only way to be happy is to be happy with yourself first. Over the past few months I’ve made a lot of changes, but it’s because I was less strict on myself with food, and decided to make it about a lifestyle and not a diet. Don’t buy into all that BS that you need to take this and that in order to be healthy. Stick with non processed foods and make healthier food choices. That way, you save $200+ on products that may say “natural”, but really are filled with chemicals.
